Any prompts, workflows, automations or recommendations supplied by AI Business Gains should be independently reviewed before being relied upon.

Clients remain responsible for ensuring that:

  • outputs are accurate

  • legal requirements are met

  • copyright is respected

  • confidential information is handled appropriately

  • regulatory obligations are complied with

AI Business Gains accepts no responsibility for decisions made solely on AI-generated content.  

5. Digital Products

Digital downloads, templates, prompt libraries and guides are licensed for the purchaser’s own business use.

They may not be:

  • resold

  • shared publicly

  • redistributed

  • copied into other commercial products

  • used to create competing products

All intellectual property remains with AI Business Gains.

6. Workshops

Workshop bookings become confirmed once payment has been received.

If you cannot attend:

  • cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a refund

  • cancellations within 14 days are generally non-refundable

  • tickets may be transferred at our discretion

We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule events.

7. Payments

Unless agreed otherwise:

  • invoices are payable immediately

  • consultancy payments must be made before work begins

  • subscription services are billed monthly

  • overdue invoices may incur interest where permitted by law

8. Intellectual Property

Everything on this website including:

  • branding

  • documents

  • graphics

  • prompts

  • training materials

  • videos

  • downloadable resources

is owned by AI Business Gains unless otherwise stated.

No material may be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Business Gains shall not be liable for:

  • indirect losses

  • lost profits

  • business interruption

  • loss of data

  • reputational damage

  • loss arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service.

10. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential.

However, unless a separate NDA has been signed, confidentiality does not extend to information already in the public domain or information we are legally required to disclose.

11. Third-Party Software

We may recommend or assist with third-party AI platforms.

We are not responsible for:

  • outages

  • pricing changes

  • functionality

  • security

  • terms of those platforms

Clients remain subject to the third party’s own terms and policies.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Website Availability

We aim to keep this website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may suspend or update the website without notice.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always appear on this website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
